I really love how AT&T assumes that I have all day to stay on the phone waiting for service. I attempted to call AT&T for a simple change of address and sadly I must report that I am still on hold....that is 1 hour 17minutes 31 seconds and counting. I am a have only had the service for a few months, and every single time I call I am on the phone for no less then an hour! Is that insane to anyone else??? I get transferred from department to department for such simple questions or issues its amazing and I never get to talk to someone until I have waited an hour or more! Who does business like this? I guess AT&T figures that it has so much money that the customers no longer matter anymore? I am glad I dont have to deal with this lack of customer respect (& thats exactly what it is) from any other companies I deal with or I would never be able to get anything done! Where's the respect for your customers? AT&T has dropped the ball on this one ![]()
