I have been with AT & T internet since May 2009, my bill was always $37.95 for DSL Ultra. In September 2012 I received a letter stating that after regular quality checks to test the speed of my DSL it was determined that I was getting slower speeds than my service plan. The thing is I had called AT & T numerous times trying to upgrade for faster speeds and was always informed that I was getting the highest speed available in my area. AT &T downgraded my service to DSL Lite at $30.00/Month in Nocember 2012. I feel like I am due for some type of credit for paying $7.95/Month more than I should have been paying for over 3 years. Is there anyone that can help me resolve this?
