when we signed up for dsl we were told unlimited data down load. got a bill over a hundred bucks supposed to be$30 for 6 months the 48 after that 3 or 4 months later got that high bill. okay with out knowlage or warning you start impossing a fee of 10 for every 50gb over 150 it was actually from when we signed up and was miss lead and swindeled by your corprete culture we call it breach of oral contract in my state. and it is law but anyways we combined accounts and got home phone even though we asked about a bundle deal told there was none. well we are now on a bundle deal and i belive i was double charged for 3-4 monthsrip off on the lie of no bundle or like i think paying the same part of a bill twice but not actualy double all im asking is to retrive bills in my <edit> account from june 2012 to present . make it harder on me or try to charge me for this with out my written consent will be considered fraud4 different types of fraud

Sorry about the confusion over billing and data caps.
The caps have been in effect since may of 2011 if I'm not mistaken and are spelled out in the Terms of Service.
Concerning the past bills:
1) Go to the top of this page and click on "MY ACCOUNT" on the orange bar.
2) On the following page under "Select an account below:", click on "Home Phone and Internet", then log in with your ATT Access ID (the user name and password used to view/pay your bills).
3) On the following page on the right you should see "Current Balance", just below the dollar amount click on "View bill details".
4) On the following page just under your phone/account number you should see "Billing Period" with a pull-down box where you can select the bill you wish to see (mine has the last 18 months).
