Every customer service rep who "fixes" the issue creates more issues and fee's
We have had service for one year for our internet connection. EVERY SINGLE month we've had to call to correct the bill. It is supposed to be $55 a month. We have been charged 55 into the 100's each month. We've been told many things and its been "fixed" many times, they have downgraded our service and then upgraded the service again for the original price we were supposed to have. Then of course charging us MORE for setup!! We have gotten late charges tacked on and every single customer service person said "the last person did it wrong" and then they fixed it every time. Last time the customer service rep sent me to the collections line because I refused to pay an outstanding balance of over $100 Even though it was a billing mistake "you still have to pay it". So If I get billed $400 accidently I still have to pay it?? Really???? I'm tired of dealing with this and so are my employees who deal with waiting on hold over and over again. Collections asked if we were joking and if that's what really happened and this shouldn't be happening. OUR NEW CHARGES ARE $196!!!! For a $55 a month bill!!!

Still trying to get it fixed on hold with person after person. NO ONE IS HELPING GET THIS FIXED!!!!!!! Now they are saying the bill is HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS

I'm sorry that you have to call in repeatedly month after month and get nothing resolved. Please follow the link below to our ATTCustomer care team where they can take a look and hopefully resolve this issue. Please include your name, phone number, email address and the best time to be contacted; please also allow up to 48 hrs for a team member to contact you.

No one ever contacts me back!!! That is the other issue. Customer services asks for this information and no one ever calls back! I just need this fixed.

Off the phone and someone said they'd contact us within 72 hours. Lets see if we get a call this time......

I am tired of being promised things that never happen. AT&T does a great job at avoiding issues being fixed.
