Hi
I have had dry loop DSL service since May 2012, I have yet to be able to see my data usage, all I get is the page that says my usage details are not available yet. I figured this would be the case for the first month or two but almost but 9 months late?
I called Customer Service and they told me that I cannot see my usage because I have not exceedd my data cap. I would love to know what I average because att wireless is offering me a hot spot modem for LTE service.
If I have placed this topic in the wrong forum I apologize
