Can someone PLEASE tell me how to contact ANYONE regarding customer complaints. I am beng charged for service that I didn't have because of a defective modum. Then after I send their equipment back to them, they start sending bills for equipment charges, saying that their stuff hasn't been returned. I try calling customer service, but that's useless. Although they did offer to "meet me in middle" and write off half of the bill!. For service and equipment that I have NEVER used! Any suggestions?
