Sorry to hear that you were having trouble setting up auto payment, I have included a few links that will help you get this issue resolved.
You can actually set up everything right online, no need to call into an office, you can even enroll in paperless billing.

Hours are Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
Sat. 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
