I took AT&T high speed internet sevice at April 1, 2012. But after few days i have been robbed at my house and i went to a different location. Number associated with the account (removed for customers privacy). So, i moved to a different location and i spoke to a AT&T representative and he said there is no High speed DSL service in my new location. So, that i cancelled my service. I still have the equipment. But few days ago i have been charged 150.00 $ for early cancellation fee and this has been transferred to an outside agency name Financial Asset Management Systems. They are calling me every week for the money and also sent letter at my home. Then i again talk to an AT&T representative and i have been told i should not have been charged and he took a note and assured me to remove the fee. But i am still getting calls from the outside agency FAMS for the money. Please can anybody help me on this regard!

The problem has been solved but i need the refund of 150$ as i paid it.
I took an AT&T home phone at my home. Is it possible to disconnect it? Is there any cancellation fee on that?
Please let me know.
