I need to speak to an AT&T rep in order to get info to change/move or cancel my internet only service, but they can't provide me with any info unless i have the account number. I don't have copies of the paper bills. i pay them and toss them! how else can i get my account number?????

I believe they can also use your cell number, and or your member ID which is the beginning of your email address before the @. Hope this helps.
