I just had a positive exchange with Phil working out of Meridan, CT. I had called a few days ago to downgrade my service. My concerns were budgetary. After a few days, I started to get the sense that not all of the changes I had asked for had been made. I was concerned that it would cause problems for me in the future financially if it was not addressed immediately.
I waited on hold for over 20 minutes before Phil came on the phone. It was worth the wait.
He was great. Got right to the bottom of the issue, made some further adjustments to my bill and generally had a pleasant, human exchange with me. What a great employee.
