Several months ago I had problems with Internet service at home. The tech couldn't fix it so he ordered me a new modem, he screwed up the order and so he ordered a second modem, and he sent someone out to my house. The guy that came to the house fixed the problem and told me to send the two modems back to AT&T. However the store wouldn't accept the return unless I paid shipping. I called AT&T and after about two hours on the phone they emailed me a shipping label and said they removed the charges from my account. I got a disconnect notice a few weeks later cachateau only removed one of the charges and not two. I called back and after another hour on the phone they said the additional charge had been removed. I made sure to have the representative make a note on my account that it was all removed and she assured me that it was. Well today, a Saturday, I received another service termination letter if the charge isn't paid. My service will be terminated Monday, and I received the letter today after business hours so u can't even talk to anyone until after service is disconnected. Needless to say I am fairly ticked off right now.
