I have had horrible phone experiences with AT&T customer service over the last few months, so I decided to address my billing problem using email.
That experience has been worse. Each time I respond to their emails I get a different representative who doesn't read the previous emails and therefore informs me of information that I already have in the email history. The responses are often in broken English.
Does anyone know an effective way to reach a specific customer service representative at AT&T, preferably in the US, either via email or phone? I'm getting close to being finished with AT&T because of these experiences with customer service. Thanks for any help!

I feel you should send a Private message with your name, account number, email address, phone number and the best time to correspond. They will be able to look at and try to resolve any trouble you might be having.
I am an AT&T employee and the postings on this site are my own and don’t necessarily represent AT&T’s position, strategies or opinions.

Good luck is all I can say! My experiences have been awful and my friends as well. You are better off switching if you can, I just don't understand it, how can a communication company lack in communication???? I dread having to call these people.
