I am being billed on my AT&T Account in the amount of $9.62 this month.
This is an erroneous addition.
I called AT&T and was given the name on my online billing.
I was advised to contact the company: Techmax Solution.
There is no phone number on the bill and no address.
I checked with Google to find the company and email address.
One is located in Florida and another in kenya email address:
*personal information removed for safety*. It bounces.
Why can AT&T not help me to deduct the extra charges in
addition prevent addtional monthly charges.
Any other company will comply with a problem for erroneous
AT&T is unable to help for the extra charge and said it will
be on my monthly bill unless I contact the company to file

But there is no contact information on the bill
only a name. Their website has a support
email address. support @xxxx
It is a bogus support email address because
it keeps bouncing with message:
On my Interent options Trusted Security option
I should be able to dispute unauthorized charges with AT&T

Please contact billing at 800-288-2020 (they work from Monday to Friday between 8am to 7pm CT Saturday between 8am to 5pm CT Sunday: Closed). They will be able to help you.

I found techmax solutions on my bill also, It does have a number to call 1-877-257-2455.
I just noticed it today and was looking on the net to find out what it is, Found your post. I
will be calling them tomorrow. I don't know how long it's been on there. Don't understand
what it is. It was on page 4 of 4 last page, I never noticed it. $9.62 I just called them and
it is a service where you can get a 1-800 number for people to call you, have calls forwarded
to your cell, also do a fax with out a fax machine, I canceled. I have no idea how it was put on there.
I couldn't understand a lot of what she said, Anyway hope this helps someone.

I called them and talked with Keila who answered the phone it is a fax service.
She has checked my information and will cancel my account, but I still don't know how they added me to their services I have not requested nor confirmed.
I requested a hardcopy of my bill and will call them back as soon as I can to get
I get in the mail. I have a difficult time getting a detailed bill on the web.
Keila was kind responding to me and giving advise. She need the date of
of the charge on my AT&T bill to make the refund.
