My account has been pulled through the grind for months now, customer service ultimately sucks. Please remove the $400.00 overcharge that has been put on my account. The 5 customer service reps i spoke to this past wednsday all transferred me back and forth for a whole hour!!! i applied for only internet service..... thats all i got. The charges for direct tv and all the other things need to be REMOVED. Completely ridiculous, I am trying to establish a business and chose AT&T... wow!! I need this to be resolved.... completely dissatisfied customer
