I am writing to give huge KUDO's to Ashenti who helped me with my AT&T account this morning. Over the last year I have had significant issues with my account. I have called customer service a number of times for help and I have visited my local AT&T store multiple times as well. My billing was through the roof. I was asking for help to determine the best plan for my family. I received conflicting information on a regular basis and one time, I was actually lied to. It was at this point (about 3 months ago) that I was very close to canceling my account but once again was given 3 different fees for closing my account (amount ranged from $400.00 to $600.00). I have to say that I hated dealing with AT&T until today. Ashenti turned things around for me. First of all, she was very knowledgealbe, professional and most of all she was KIND! She reviewed my account and explained where the overages were occuring, she suggested multiple ways of solving the issue. She even took the time to help me set up an account so that I can now easily access my account both from my PC and my iPhone. Ashenti has change my mind about AT&T. I am now a happy customer. Thank you Ashenti!
