text message log

My log is not updating at all? My bill that I just paid shows there was no text and since the new billing started still nothing. ..when will this be fixed?

We're these messages sent via iMessage? If so, these messages would not count toward your text messages. Rather it would count toward your data. An iMessage is the blue bubble on the txt message window on an iPhone. 😃
