paperless billing

I clicked the link for paperless billing and it said I would get a gift card but I didn't get a confirmation?? Where is my card...

Hello, uqcomp!

 

Thanks for posting! I pulled up the paperless billing sign-up page, and it looks like you should receive redemption details by e-mail within five weeks. I've pasted the information below.

 

"Offer redemption terms: Redemption details provided to customer by email within 5 weeks of activation of qualifying enrollment. Redemption requires customer to retain qualifying enrollment in Paperless Billing for a minimum of 90 days and at time processing of reward is completed."

I'm always offered gift card but NEVER EVER have gotten one...and why can't they make one bill instead of 2?
