Worst Customer Service Ever

Today I contacted DSL customer support and tried to shop for a better price.  The customer service rep. was dead set in selling me Uverse and would not honor any current offers for DSL.   He was rude and pretty much told me that unless I sign for Uverse, he could care less wether I cancel my service or not.  After being a loyal customer with AT&T for several years, I am extremely disappointed that they do not care about retaining their customers, unless that is you get signed up for Uverse.  I know other people who called and got the current DSL offers without any problems.  I will certainly will switch to another internet provider.  What a shame!
