Transferring my phone number to T-mobile
I have already checked my phone number and it is eligible to transfer. I am now having a gophone plan with10¢/Minute. I still have about $70 in my account. So, when my number is transferred to T-mobile (pay as you go plans), can you transfer my balance also to the new T-mobile account? And, when the transfer is done, should I ask you to stop my ATT account or you will automatically stop my service?

Money cannot be transferred from one provider to another. I am not sure if they would even provide a refund.
Once the phone number is ported out, the account should be automatically closed, but I would double check to make sure that the account is closed.
