LOST SIGNAL __ NO SIGNAL
For the past week we have been experiencing a "total loss of signal" meaning TV and Internet.
Also for the past several month my WiFi signal is very weak. I have call but all they do is reboot the system and tell me I need to up grade. When I ordered my service I was told I was getting the best. Now they say they have a faster service which I tried only to find it only works with direct connect and since my TV and Internet are WiFi I payed more for less.
