How to file a complaint and/or speak to superviso

I have had 3 different account #s, going on my 4th, and now a customer service rep is telling me I have to cancel this one and open a new one! I have talked to over 4 different people and was supposed to receive call backs from 2 supervisors on 2 different occasions and neither of them called back. I'm tired of explaining my situation over and over and I'm just fed up and at a loss of what to do now. Help!

I have the same problem and it has been going on everyday for 3 weeks! They have given me 3 different accounts and empty promises that it'll be on within 24hrs, i still have no service! I get transfered from all depts and all they say is im sorry! I dont want Sorry, i want internet!

I know what you mean! I called the other day and they said they ordered a
home phone along with internet. I told them I didn't want hone phone so she
said she'd have to cancel my order, do a credit check again and open a new
account
