Can I upgrade and add a line?

I'm eligible for an upgrade but I'm also wanting to add a line for my sister, will AT&T allow me to do both?

Keep in mind, if your in a face to face location, you have to have or be the account holder to add a line. If your a authorized user, you can upgrade.
