After internet upgrade, still have old speeds
I was recently upgraded to the 24 MBps plan and have not yet seen any change in speed. I am using speedtest.net and am still registering 5-6 mbps speeds. Tried to reset the modem, any other suggestions?

Did you order it over the weekend? Not sure if it was just me, but my account plan orders wouldn't process over the weekend.

I upgraded from basic 6 to internet 24. I would be thrilled with 18-24 mbps but it is not happening. Just ran speedtest.net several times with these results for the download: 4.89 7.28 11.98 10.2
I have done 3 online chats. Had best hope with Technical on the phone. She had me change my wi-fi channel to 10 and it worked great for a while...26.00mb
but now it is back to under 12 mbps. None of our tv's are on and none are recording. Nothing is being used except this computer macbook pro 2016.
Somebody or something is sucking bandwidth imho.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
