Hello. if I get uverse internet standalone no phone or tv (I think it is called 769K or 763K) can I watch/stream Television and Movies? Upload and download documents, too?

It looks like the U-verse Internet that is available at your location is the lowest possible bandwidth offered, i.e. 768 Kbps. That is not enough bandwidth to stream much of anything.
