traceroute to www.twitch.tv times out

I get a lot of lag when I try and watch videos on www.twitch.tv. I am concerned that ATT might intentionally throttle access to that website. Is there any way to tell? Here is my traceroute. I have run traceroute for other websites (such as Google) and it works fine.
