Give it one more try - you are using a computer to go to the address I gave you??
This takes you inside the U-verse modem. Where the wireless is generated. This is not the DVD player.
It looks like what you are listing are you copy/paste something? Can you take a screen shot & save in a file & use the tree like icon in the reply task bar to post.
How can I get you to disable the wireless security just to see if it will work?

The items above which you posted earlier is copied from the wireless page in your NVG510, where it says "Security" is listed the type of security being used on the NVG510 and where you should be able to turn it off.
Also, where it says "Network Name (SSID)" this should match the name of the network the Sony is trying to connect to. Do they match?

The first step is to verify that the device can see the signal. You have reported that it can.
The second is to log in with the correct code. When you changed modem equipment, the code changed. Apparently, you were never able to connect with the code you are using.
The way to move forward from here is to disable the security in the modem (RG). Verify that the devices work. Put a new code in the RG - could be the same one you are now trying. Connect your devices with the new code.
If you cannot do this yourself or have sonetowe who can do it in person call in and specifically request - disable security - then turn it back on & change the code.
