iPhone App problems

I'm having problems seeing all the channels in the Guide. All I'm getting are two channels that I have listed as my favorites even if I switch it over to "All" in Views. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm hoping that I can just delete these two channels from my favorites list but I don't know how to do that. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks.

I think we're seeing problems because they're still working on the Phase 2 THDVR rollout.  When they do these major updates, the WebRemote can act weird.

I was not able to see my Favorites the other day, but could see All.

Would guess things are getting worked out, like with all new-release iPhone Apps (or has been my experience).

How do I know when I get phase 2 THDVR?  Because I am experiencing the same issues.

Your guide will look different and when you hit the menu button it returns to the station you were on instead of some random pick.

Everyone who speculated that it would work fine after the update was finished was correct. It's been working fine for a couple days now. Thanks for the hellp.

not for me.  here in austin, the iphone app (even after deleting it and re-downloading it again), still shows programs in the 7am time slot (good morning america, etc), even if it's 8pm like it is right now!

when you select a show to see program details, or set it to record, it still gives the FAILURE! Unable to get show details (POST action: SML Parse Error (error code 5))

does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm in the Chicago area and I have the EXACT same problem with the app.

This has been going on for a while for some, might be time to start reporting it to ATT?

If they aren't aware of it, they can't fix it.

I've sent 3 e mails so far and not one response.

Maybe they have more on their plate than they can handle?  Know their online support is good about answering back.
