When changing channel, new channel does not display picture or sound for 20-40 seconds. Checked RG, no retrains, etc. Intermitent issue.
Happens using the "last" button on remotes, all TV"s.

horntoad - Since it is all TVs, I will go with a problem with the DVR (involved to allow trick play).
Try a synchronized reset - Pull power on RG, DVR, STBs
Replug RG - wait for all green
Replug DVR - wait for picture.
Replug STBs
Is the DVR connected to the RG by cat5? If not, can you do it?

If the boxes are all connected to hdtv's, are they connected via hdmi?
"Ren: Now listen, Cadet. I've got a job for you. See this button? Don't touch it! It's the History Eraser button, you fool!
Stimpy: So what'll happen?
Ren: That's just it. We don't know. Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?"
