What does (ST) mean??

When I fill in my zip code, it says I get:

With the HD Premium Tier:

FSN Pittsburgh (Ch.1730-HD)
- MLB: Pirates (ST)

It just stinks I need to pay more for that channel, despite the fact that the Pirates are obviously "in-territory" but that's not AT&T's issue. Other providers in my area don't even get FS Pittsburgh at all.
