Residential Gateway, the router/modem.

You could do a remote reset by accessing the software, but you'll need the password from the sticker on the router (unless you have changed it to something custom).

This link will let you run a test on your Broadband connection (you will lose all services for a few minutes).

Or, you can do a remote reset on this page Reboot System (press Reset button).

UVRT won't work on Macs (at this time), but you can borrow a Windows laptop and run it.

Do you have the 3800 or 3801 model of 2Wire router?

Well I got UT Realtime to work after basicly trying to run it again and again afor about 30-40 times.A few pages load normaly now but it refuses to load streaming vido altogether, including live skype streams, which are very important to me.  Right. Here are the 'results':

NP, this site is different than some others. Smiley Wink  You're welcome.

Could you also post the Bitloading tab?

You've got a lot of errors, and UVRT shows a recommendation of the 32-profile (red numbers on IP Profile tab), but you're currently on the 25-profile.

Have you tried resetting the RG?  Unplug from the back, wait about 30 seconds and plug back in.

ATT can run some remote tests on your line, but that is sometimes not accurate on their end.
