Ok, I've been a long time user of UVerse and have never had an issue with my service or my internet speeds until recently. I have an iNID installation and until this past week the speeds have been rock solid at 12mbps down and 1.48 up. However there is new construction going on next door and the builders just recently paved the neighbors sidewalk and driveway and now my speeds have gone down considerably. Today they are ranging between 1.4mbps and 4.2mbps down and 1.2up. My UVRT stats don't show any abnormalitites that I can tell and yesterday I reset the BBU in the garage. I'm wondering if somehow when the builders were pouring the concrete last week that somehow in the process they damaged the line or caused to become degraded. I do know that the junction box is just to the left of the newly poured driveway.
I'm posting my stats for those that can read them better maybe help me out.
The last picture shows results on the 10-22-12 11.22Mbps down and today 2.5Mbps.

Yup, those speeds started AFTER they poured the sidewalk and driveway next door. I called tech support and the tech said he did see some errors on the line and a tech is supposed to be here between 8-12 tomorrow. 1st call of the day so I'm pretty certain I won't be disappointed. Thinking the line between my house and the junction box got damaged during construction. Now that the builder is done digging up and pouring concrete shouldn't have any more issues.

Did they throw some of the cement into the air? Or are your lines underground? Any way, I hope the tech gets to you early and get you going again. Without having to dig up any driveways.

Our ines are buried. No overhead cables in our neighborhood.
