Re-acquiring IDs or passwords for rarely used programs

The troubleshooting for any of the UVerse services requires information that I do not have on hand.  The phone nummer listed on the drop down regarding "don't remember password" for the digital TV, when called, is the trouble line for mobile phone service, and the electronic voice tells the caller that the phone being used is not a mobile phone. 

How do you re-acquire missing names and numbers when those numbers are necessary to get onto the link?
