No idea what is wrong.

U-Verse Max Turbo installed yesterday - Just internet - Wired connections not wireless on 3 computers - X Box 360 - D-Link router.  The speed/connection is inconsistant - sometimes it performs well as expected and the rest of the time it lags and get a lot of page won't display/time-outs.

As I said, no idea what is wrong and no idea what the above charts say...

I would greatly appreciate any help you may give me.

Thank You for your time.

It looks like there may be a bridge tap on your line. A bridge tap is an extra length of wire attached to your pair that doesn't terminate anywhere. It is usually left over from a previous customer that used your pair. Bridge taps cause problems with xDSL services.

The evidence for it can be seen in the bitloading graph (exponential decay of the bitloading) as well as in the main statistics (max rate not consistent with distance, and upstream profile rate <5000).

You should call technical support, have them send a premises tech to your house to check the line. He should open a helper ticket with the Installation and Maintenance group (I&M), which are the linesmen, to come find and remove the bridge tap.
