You may be too far away from the VRAD given the state of the wiring in your neighborhood. I could tell more if you also included your Bitloading tab.

Yes, I am. As you can see, I'm not actually getting the full service that I'm paying for. So I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to increase my performance, or if I should change to a cheaper service, since there's no point in paying for the higher-speed service if I can't actually get it.

Are you talking about internet speeds or tv service? When you say you aren't getting full service, what are you getting?

I'm in agreement with OUfan, the diagnostics are here to help identify a problem. Sometimes the diagnostics show things that don't look quite right, but don't cause a problem. Since you shouldn't really care what the diagnostics look like, your problem is likely something else. Fixing the way the charts look while this problem still exists won't help you. So, could you let us in on what you're seeing vs. what you expect?
