Shortly after we switched to UV Internet, our connection started periodically dropping. At first it was infrequent and not much of a problem - but its only gotten worse as time goes by. We've called tech support several times and they keep sending people out, but no luck. The first guy pretty much did nothing all three times he showed up, except knock a hole in my drywall and install a new phone jack poorly - forcing me to repair his work. The last guy they sent out actually seemed to have a clue, and I really thought he had resolved the issue - until the next day when the trouble started up again.
I'm pretty much at the point of dropping the service and demanding a refund. My internet connection is pretty much down for around 6-8 hours per day in 5-20 minute slices. I downloaded UV Realtime and am posting as a last resort. Maybe somebody here can help?

Send them a private message and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your problems. They are available M-F 7am-10pm CST. This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media people that know the people to contact to get things done.
