You cannot change this info yourself. There is a database called "CNAM" that all carriers reference. Once they receive your number the carrier delivering the call to the calling party looks up the info for the name to be displayed and send it to the caller id. Only the carriers have access to this database.
Long story short, you would have to call AT&T and ask them to change the name that displays when a match to your number is found in the database. It can take up to 48 hours for this info to populate over to all carriers.
