Well we did figure out one problme and it is something with all motorola modems where it says I have a potintal connection issue and wont connect to the net is a false positive and they are working on fixing that but The main issue that I can;t seem to get across to the Cs people is anytime I need to reboot my modem or restart it Almost every time I get a thing that says I need additional log in info or I get one that say I need to sign up for the isp provider to use it. When that happens it takes anywhere between 30 minutes to sometimes an hour to get it to work again. Also When I can sign up my msn homepage won;t load it just says were sorry its not here.

I am now on my 3rd Motorola NVG510 Modem. I am still having issues. I don't understand why they keep sending out the same modems when they know their are issues with this model. I never had any problems when I had AT&T DSL, but since I was forced to switch to U-verse it has been very frustrating.

Send them a private message and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your problems. They are available M-F 7am-10pm CST. This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media people that know the people to contact to get things done.
