I have a new Droid Razor Max & am unable to add my primary bellsouth email account to it. My ATT email went on 1st attempt. I have only had this problem since I changed to U-Verse, Is this the problem?
Prior to purchasing a new phone my email was on/off without changing login or passwords citing both as reason for inaccessability. Verizon said every thing on their end was set up correctly. ATT said every thing on their end was set up correctly. I have only had this problem since changing to U-Verse Sept. 21, 2012 and it is intermittent. Sounds like an ATT problem to me but no one wants to claim it and I need my emails available.

Direct (i.e. non-web-interface) access to certain types of AT&T e-mail accounts has been tempermental for a while. You are probably caught in that same swamp. Many people have chosen to set the account to forward e-mails to another account (e.g. gmail).
