I've been having horrible bandwidth issues over the last few days. I just ran a speedtest through dslreports.com and I'm getting less than 100Kb down (but I'm getting 1.3Mb up). I've tried resetting my DSL & router to no avail. I'm not sure what else to do.
As a note, I'm in central CT.Re: 0.1 Mb down? Really?

I'm having the same problem and I live in Shelton, CT. I normally get 16mb down but today it about .41mb down. The upload speeds seem normal. I wonder if there is a network problem.

You mentioned "DSL". Do you have AT&T U-verse internet service or AT&T DSL internet service?
Which gateway do you have?
Is the speed that you mentioned with a wired or wireless connections?
Are you receiving the same speeds with both wired and wireless connections?
Which speed test site are you using?
What speeds do you receive at the following speed test sites?

In my case, I have Uverse internet. My Uverse TV and phone are fine. I've used speakeasy, speedtest and also the ATT.com speedtest.

Yep, Norwalk CT here and seeing similar speeds.
TV has been fine. Internet is slow but not unusable to surf the web. Actually saw decent Netflix performance tonight despite the bad speeds. Weird problem. Usually I'd expect streaming problems with speeds this slow (les than .5 down) but there were none.

Same problems in Newtown, CT
uVerse elite package.
Multiple residential gateway resets have not helped.
TV and uVoice are fine.

Looks like they might have fixed it. I'm back now to regular download speeds.

After being slow the entire day, it seems like mine is back to normal speed as well
