This has been going on for awhile now. I assumed it was because they were upgrading something.
When large chunks of the internet don't load at all for days, and then its fine again, its a bit odd.
At random times my internet keeps stopping, and then after a short delay, usually under a minute, it starts working fine again.

Does anyone that works for AT&T actually read the forum? Is there an email address I can send a message to?
I still have websites I can't access but everyone else can, plus the modem turns red at times still, doesn't stay out for long, but is rather annoying.

I contacted the AT&T online chat support, and found a solution that seems to be working. Wish I would've done that a month or so ago.
Things I was told to try:
Unplug the line where it connects to the phone jack, and then plug it back in. Different effect than just unpluging the power for the modem.
Keep your modem at least two feet away from your speakers or any other electronic devices. I had mine on my computer. That somehow causes interference sometimes.
Go to your modem settings, click Advanced, and something or another, look at the configerations, don't change anything, just hit save. This somehow reset things.
No more DSL light blinking red. Its all green and stable now.
They can do a test to determine if everything is within normal parameters or not. After I tried all of that, in that order, then it was, so its fine now.
