inactive email ending in sbcglobal.net

IVE had so much trouble trying to reset my password to this email. I haven't used it in years. I made it when I was a teenager under my mom's account. But she no longer has att. And it keeps tellling me that the account is inactive and that my parents needs to reapprove access to it. It's just im no longer a kid, and my mother doesnt have att services anymore. I would just like some help to resetting the password and reactivting the email. I need access to this email to access and reset passwords to some old accounts I have with other sites.

If the email was a sub account and the email was disabled from the master account, you would need to gain access to the master account first, and if the master was terminated... nothing you can do to regain access.
