This has been going on for months and months. I run a blog and it is only this website plus the page I use to login to my admin panel for the blog that displays the problem loading page error. The url is: thissillygirlslife.com I know others can access the page because I have google analytics setup and can see real-time stats. The site will work for a few hours then will be down for the rest of the day. This happens on a daily basis. Usually it happens when I am in the middle of writing a post or just after I publish one. I have already contacted my hosting company (lunar pages) and they say everything is good on their end and it is the ISP. I really don't want to be on the phone for hours trying to fix this problem, if there is any way I can do it through a tutorial that would be great if anyone knows of one. Thank you.

Hi Dana, sorry to hear you're having issues. After doing some digging, it would appear your webhosting service (lunarpages/lunariffic) might actually be re-selling you services that they are getting from Go-Daddy. AT&T often has problems with Go-Daddy (maybe due to the number of "questionable" sites that are hosted there). Although I'm able to access your blog, it's a little kludgy due to all the ads they're injecting, as well the route to your site seems to hang up a little in Irvine (i'm in N. Illinois). You might be able to provide that info to Lunar Pages and if they can't help, try calling Go-Daddy.
When you say "problem loading page error", what does the error say exactly? What browser are you using?

Thanks so much for the reply. I'm a little confused at your reply. I am completely lost when it comes to anything technical so please bare with me. I did buy my domain name through godaddy. What do you mean that they are reselling me servies from lunarpages? What exactly should I tell lunar pages before contacting godaddy? It is the problem loading page, connection has timed out error. Right this moment it is working for me, but I am sure it will be down again soon. I use firefox, but if I try it on IE the same message appears. Thank you so much!

OK, now I'm seeing the path. Domain is registered through Go-daddy, and Lunarpages (which appears to be located in Anahiem, CA) is your webhosting service.
This is what I'm finding:
It's not likely an AT&T issue. Tracing the route, it seems to hit a snag in Irvine, CA on equipment/networks registered to a company called Latisys-Irvine, LLC. When the route hits there, latency goes through the roof (as high as 1898ms on one test) about 30% of the time. With you being located in Florida (almost twice my distance) it's possible the latency is high enough to cause your broswer to time out. Also, your domain registration with Godaddy is not private/hidden.
So this is what you need to do:
Call Go-daddy and have them hide your registration info, ASAP.
Call Lunarpages and have them check into the Latisys routing.

I contacted GoDaddy and had the private registration upgrade. I contacted Lunarpages and they said that the latisys route has no issues. So, back to square one I suppose. I haven't had any problems though accessing the page(s) in the last day or so. But, inevitably it will happen again.
