Need to Contact Someone who supports SBCGLOBAL.net email accounts - Help!

I had an SBCGLOBAL email account some time ago.  That email was deactivated, and all emails sent to that account are forwarded to my current email, which is not SBCGLOBAL.  It appears that my old SBCGLOBAL email was given to somebody else, and now the emails that are sent to her are being forwarded to me.  I have received emails from her child's school and, most recently, from Facebook wanting to confirm her new account.  I called Tech Support asking for someone who can help with removing the forwarding from the old email account.  I was told that this was not possible because email accounts are never re-used.  Sigh.  I think that I just reached the wrong support area.  Does anyone have good contact information for a support person who can resolve this problem?  Thanks!

You can Private Message Customer Care, and they can look further into it. Also the other person needs to do the same.
