My sbcglobal account was recently hacked, and when I tried to change my password, the yahoo site redirected me to att.com. I changed the password there (which unfortunately changed the password for my att account as well - apparently they are all merged now?), but it did not work on the yahoo site. So, essentially I'm locked out of my email account, and have been for about 10 days now. I tried phone customer service and it was (I'm sorry to say) totally useless. After about 20 minutes, the service agent sent me to the same password change page on att.com that I'd already been to a hundred times with no luck.
Can someone please help me access my sbcglobal email again?
