Normally, you would go to the att/yahoo site, sign in with your main email account, click on "member center", then click on "add/manage AT&T email sub accounts".
Unfortunately their webmaster has apparently screwed up the link because intstead of taking you to the email sub-account management page it takes you to the billing/services account page.
I would not bother calling in about it until Tuesday because your going to have to work your way up the CS/TS ladder before you find someone who will actually understand what your talking about and/or have the capacity to do anything about it.

It's been screwed up in this way for over a year. They clearly have no intention of fixing it. The only way I've found to get to my subaccounts is to log out of the main account and log in with the email address/password of the subaccount. Not particularly elegant, but it works.

I don't think you can delete a sub-account that way though.

Hey Alex, they need to have someone address this, because as I said in my post, instead of the link taking you to the "manage sub accounts" page, it takes you to this page https://uversecentral3.att.com/static/interstitialDsl.html?origination_point=yahoo&flow_entry_point= ... which is for billing and services.

Well, finally pieced it together after 2 hours of running around in circles. When directed to the online account management page, you need to login using your master account email address and password instead of the AT&T account ID - now that's really intuitive. Now when you navigate to myAT&T and mouse over the Profile hyperlink you'll see the "manage sub accounts" option that the oh-so-helpless support narrative talks incessantly about but never tells you how to signon to online account management. Pretty ironic a company whose slogan is "rethink possible" can't take their own advice!

Thank you for the feedback sdblbb8688. Once you login through att.net, click on Member Center, click Add/Manage AT&T email sub accounts, you should be directed to myATT. Once you enter your myATT credentials, it should redirect you to the Manage Sub-Accounts page. If you are not being redirected after you login into myATT, please send me a Private Message so we can have the appropriate group look into it.
Regards,
Alex

Sorry, it's not an individual issue it is systemic. Other than the ridiculousness of having to log in three different times on threee different webpages just to manage the subaccounts, it just plain don't work. It takes you to the billing site, from which there is no access to the email account/sub-account management.

Thanks Computer-Joe. We want to fix it and the right group is looking into it as we speak. Additional information is needed. I understand that you don't agree with the flow and we appreciate the feedback. If you can provide additional information that I can pass on, please send me a Private Message.

Alex

I don't see that this was ever resolved. I went looking for this feature where it has existed since I first got my DSL email address in 1998, and now the functionality has been removed entirely. On the Yahoo Account Info page, the option is still there to "Add/Manage AT&T email sub accounts". It seems this link has been changed to point to the generic AT&T billing website, where I've found mention that this feature should be under myAT&T/Profile , but it simply is not there. This worked great for 14 years...now it doesn't. I've been cut off from managing the numerous sub-accounts that I have and have been in use for that duration.

To manage your sub-accounts. You will log into att.com (official site) with your primary member id. Do a mouse-over the category profile (4th from the right) wait for the drop down menu and you will see manage sub-accounts bottom left column.

Cannot find any way to manage my email sub-accounts. Please help.
I had Yahoo mail and got DSL from Pacific Bell in 2003... Pac Bell became SBCGLOBAL and my Yahoo email became linked with my SBCGLOBAL.net email. I had been using Yahoo mail since 1998. I created eight sub-accounts. One for each of my kids, and for several other purposes. AT&T acquired SBCGLOBAL. Now these have become unmanageable. This is unacceptable. So many migrations. So much fail.
Please tell me how to change passwords, create, delete, or manage my email subaccounts. Thanks.

I tried accessing managing email sub accounts just yesterday. I received an error message that I cannot do that function any more. The tech services representative said that Yahoo servers are down and a tentative date for fixing is about January 22nd. From these posts it appears ATT and Yahoo are not cooperating and making a poor partnership.

I haven't been able to manage mine in moths. Now 3 of them have been deactivated and I can't get them activated. This makes me angry.
