My sbcglobal account is hacked and I need to close it; I no longer have access to my password. I sent private messages but did not receive an answer. Any suggestions? Thank you.

At times it takes up to 48 hours for a representative to make contact with you. I have included the link below again just in case your first message didn't get through for some reason. Please include your name, an accessible email address, phone number and the best time that you can be contacted.
