The "Enter Network Password" message window keeps pop up recently. Click "Save this password in your password list" wouldn't help. I just called AT&T support moment ago, they blamed Outlook. But I told them I have been using Outlook 2007 for years and the problem just started recently.
I also noticed that quite often, Outlook failed to connect to the server. It went okay in next minutes or so. Look like something wrong with the handshaking between Outlook and AT&T.

I noticed that Yahoo mail had a POP3 problem today. I don't think it was Outlook related since my other accounts didn't have a problem.

Yes, ATT / Yahoo has this problem regularly and no one in ATT / Yahoo cares to fix it. I spent an hour on the phone with them and all their mindless drones could do was keep telling me they don't help with Outlook settings. I repeatedly told them i did not need help with outlook - I needed them to stop the server from blocking the email requests. Still have not solved the problem since I can't gain access to their servers to see why their servers are rejecting email requests.
