my regular email address is: [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]. Until Yahoo presented a new page, I was able to toggle at the top left side to other email addresses I had access to. One is: [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] which is the email I use for my website which is an AT&T account. The other is [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] which is a work email address.
If I use the new Yahoo email page, I can not open my emails so I have switched back to the page I had before your new conversion. This conversion/new appearance has caused nothing but problems. Within hours of your conversion, my e-mail account was hacked. Then the account was locked due the hacking for 2 days. Now I can get into my email for my personal account but can not access my website email address nor my work email address

carolburke5,
Sorry to hear that your having trouble with the new conversion, have you been able to resolve this issue as of late? If your still having issue please contact an ATTCustomer agent by using the link below to send a private message. Please allow up to 48 hrs for a team member to contact you. Make sure to include your name, email address, phone number and the best time that you can be contacted.
