So we've tried as much as we could do. We've unplugged everything and plugged it all back in. We've reset the modem a bunch of times. At first it would connect, but then by the time morning came around only the first 2 lights on the modem were lit up. Now this doesn't even happen anymore. I have not had the time to call AT&T due to my work schedule, so I thought I'd come here. Any other suggestions as to what to do? If not, I would really like a technician sent out to deal with it himself.

Ok so last night I finally got around to calling tech support. I was on the phone with them for 1 HOUR!! And what does the lady tell me after all that? Get an new ethernet cord and then give us a call back.
Are you serious? Ok so I had another ethernet cable lying around. I tried it with the new one, and still nothing. I also liked how she told me we would solve the issue in that phone call...hmmmmm. At this point I will pay the $99 for a technician to come out. Worst customer service experience in my life. I'm sorry I don't have the time after work each day to be on the phone for an hour to then be told that I need a new ethernet cable.
So if someone could please respond to this, I would highly appreciate it.
