I recently got ATT in Jan. We have a Smart TV and everything was fine until a week ago. I bought a new router because Samsung advised that may be why I wasn't able to update my tv. Fine. Updated TV no problem, now I have to test my Internet connection every five minutes.
I have the NETGEAR Router N600 model WDNR3400
ATT Motorola Modem 3360
frustrated as we left Comcast because it was too expensive. We may go back just for the Internet because it worked.

I'm sorry you're having a problem with your DSL service.
Can you give us a better idea of what's happening? Have you done any troubleshooting?
